		<description>Those 2 things may not be the problem. Your problem could be anywhere from a fuel system problem to a Ignition system problem. Get yourself a manual for your 89 civic. It's incredibly easy to work on those. A manual can tell you how to test the ignition system properly and also the fuel system.</description>
